1. Eligibility
1.1 The competition is open to all ages.
1.2 Participants must be an Indian resident.
1.2 Employees or close relatives of the organizing company/organization are not eligible to participate.
2. Competition Theme and Guidelines
2.1 The theme of the drawing competition is Summer themed.
2.2 All drawings must be original and created solely by the participant.
2.3 Participants may use Colour pencils, Crayons, Oil pastel, Sketch pens etc. for Drawing & Water colour, Oil paint, Acrylic etc. for Painting.
2.4 Colouring will be on A4 size printed chart for Pre-KG, LKG & UKG
2.5 Drawing must be on A4 chart for 2nd STD to 4th STD.
2.6 Drawing must be on Half chart for 5th STD and above.
2.7 Participants are not allowed to use Drawing templets, Sketches, Brush pen etc.
3. Registration
3.1 Participants must report 30 Min before the event schedule.
3.2 Participants should carry their School ID card for Registration.
3.3 Registration Fees includes Registration cost + Convenience charges.
4. Submission Process
4.1 Duration of the competition is 60Min from start of the competition. Late submissions will not be accepted.
4.2 Each participant is allowed to submit one drawing.
4.3 All submissions must include the following details: [Name, age, contact information].
5. Judging Criteria
5.1 Entries will be judged based on creativity, adherence to theme, originality, technique & composition.
5.2 The decision of the judging panel is final and binding.
5.3 Judges may include professional artists, art teachers, curators.
6. Prizes
6.1 The prizes for the competition will be as follows:
6.1.1 Trophy, Medal & Certificate for winners.
6.1.2 Medal & Participations certificate for all participants
6.2 Winners will be announced after 90 min.
6.3 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
7. Disqualification
7.1 Entries that do not comply with the competition guidelines or these terms and conditions may be disqualified.
7.2 Any form of plagiarism, copying, or use of someone else’s work will result in automatic disqualification.
7.2 The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest or fraudulent activity.
8. Liability and Responsibility
8.1 The organizers are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay in the submission of entries.
8.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring their submitted artwork is appropriately protected.
8.3 The competition organizers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or claims arising out of participation in the competition or use of the prizes.
9. Modification or Cancellation
9.1 The organizers reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time, for any reason.
9.2 Any changes will be communicated to participants via Email, What's app Etc.
10 Refund
10.1 Registration Fee is not refundable, unless until the event is cancelled.
11. Ownership and Copyright
11.1 By submitting an entry, the participant confirms that the artwork is their original creation and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
11.2 Participants retain the copyright to their artwork, but by entering the competition, they grant the organizers the right to use the submitted artwork for promotional purposes (e.g., on social media, websites, or in print).
11.3 The artwork may be used in future promotional campaigns or exhibitions related to the competition without further compensation.
12. Publicity
12.1 By participating, winners agree to allow the organizers to use their name, photo, and submitted artwork for publicity and promotional purposes, including on websites and social media platforms.
12.2 Any personal data provided will be used in accordance with [privacy policy terms] and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
13. Acceptance of Terms
13.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth by the organizers.
13.2 Any disputes will be resolved under local laws of the competition’s organizing city.
