1. Eligibility & Entry Rules
Open to participants under the eligible age categories as specified.
One ticket purchase permits one entry per category only.
Multiple submissions under a single ticket may lead to disqualification.
2. Mode of Competition
This is a 100% online, draw-from-home competition.
The artwork must be completed within one (1) hour.
A BTS (Behind-the-Scenes) time-lapse video covering the full drawing process is mandatory.
3. Originality Policy
All artwork must be original and created solely by the participant.
Tracing, copying, AI-generated, or previously submitted artwork is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
4. Usage of Drawing Materials
Pre-printed templates or outlines are not allowed above UKG.
Brush pens, sketch pens, and marker pens may be used only for outlining.
Colouring must be done using permitted colouring materials.
- Digital artwork is strictly not allowed.
5. Parental Assistance Policy
Parents/guardians may assist only with setup and recording, especially for younger participants. The artwork must reflect the child’s independent creativity.
6. Submission Guidelines
Participants must upload:
One clear photo of the artwork (no filters/background edits)
One photo of the child holding the artwork
One BTS time-lapse video (start to finish – mandatory)
Only the final submitted entry will be considered for evaluation.
7. Duplicate Submission Policy
Only one valid submission per participant per category will be considered.
In case multiple submissions are received:
The organiser/judging panel may consider the most appropriate or the latest submission, OR Disqualify the entry in case of misuse.
- Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
8. File Naming Guidelines
All files must be saved using the participant’s name for proper identification.
9. Submission Deadline
Entries must be submitted on or before the announced deadline.
Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
11. Results Announcement

12. Certificates & Awards
Certificates will be issued exactly as per the name entered during registration.
Any corrections after issuance will incur additional charges.
13. Group / Academy Booking – Shipping Policy
Applicable for bookings of 5 or more participants.
No additional COD charges for winner shipments under group bookings.
All materials and prizes will be shipped to one designated contact person only.
Individual deliveries will not be supported for group bookings.
⚠️ Shipping Responsibility Notice
All courier-related responsibilities transfer to the participant/parent once the shipment is dispatched.
14. Shipping & Dispatch Policy
Participation Kits / Winner Kits will be shipped to the address provided during registration.
Group shipments will be delivered to the designated contact person only.
The organiser will select courier partners based on serviceability and cost-effectiveness.
Once dispatched, the responsibility for delivery coordination shifts to the participant/parent and courier partner.
The organiser will not be responsible for:
Delivery delays
Failed delivery attempts
Courier-related issues
Misrouting or transit delays
Returned shipments due to delivery failure
Loss or damage during transit
15. Shipment Tracking Policy
Tracking details will be shared via a Google Drive tracking sheet.
Participants/parents must track shipments directly with the courier partner.
The organiser will not provide follow-ups with courier partners.
Any issues related to tracking, delivery status, delays, or coordination must be handled directly with the courier service.
Failure to track shipments in a timely manner may result in delivery issues, for which the organiser will not be held responsible.
16. Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned for any reason (incorrect address, unavailability, refusal, failed delivery, etc.), the customer is responsible for all return and reshipment charges.
Reshipment will be processed:
Only after the initial delivery process is fully completed,
The shipment is marked returned by the courier, and applicable charges are fully paid.
17. Delivery Partner Preference
The organiser will use reliable and widely available courier partners by default.
Participants may request a preferred courier partner, subject to availability.
If the requested courier is within standard cost, it will be accommodated.
If it exceeds the standard shipping cost, the additional amount must be paid by the participant.
If not serviceable, the organiser will use the default courier partner.
18. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Standard shipping charges apply to prepaid deliveries only.
COD is available only with select courier partners and may not be available in all locations.
COD requests will incur an additional charge (approximately ₹30–₹50 per shipment).
Final COD charges will be communicated before dispatch.
If COD is unavailable, shipment will be processed via prepaid mode only.
The organiser reserves the right to accept or decline COD requests.
19. Media & Promotion Consent
Participation implies consent to use artwork, photos, and videos for promotional purposes.
20. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
21. Disqualification Policy
Any violation of rules may result in disqualification without prior notice.
22. Organiser Rights
The organiser reserves the right to modify rules, schedules, or event structure if required.
